N9NE Gala 2015

Not much quite screams summer like a good old rooftop party, and while the city can hold various versions during the season, the N9NE Gala is one party not to be missed.

The intimate gathering was held for it’s fifth year at the CI Financial rooftop and raised funds for the Canadian Breast Cancer Support Fund (CBCSF.)

“We are so fortunate to have the healthcare that we do, and we sometimes forget the periphery costs. The financial toll that it takes on people, which we are blind to. In fact, 70% of the ask from CBCSF is for food and shelter, which for me compounds the urgency and need for this charity,” says Roula Panagiotopoulos, founder and chair of N9NE Gala.

“We are once again honoured to provide assistance to the CBCSF through proceeds of the evening.”

The night included cocktails and hors d’oeuvres for the guests, as well as a smashing performance from violinist, Sonia Lee (‘America’s Got Talent’ and President Barack Obama’s inaugaration.)

The rest of the night was taken over by Daniel Buckman of Bellosound who provided the evening with beautiful music which kept guests entertained and dancing the whole night through.

Silent auction items were provided by Dior, Prevage, Nike and Cake Cosmetics, just to name a few.

Food was provided by The Stubborn Farmer and Jazz Cusine, who kept the menu light and 100% organic.
