Athlete ambassadors, P.K. Subban and Peter Holland, hosted a glamorous night of philanthropy at the second annual All-Star Gala in support of Sick Kids and Montreal Children’s Hospital.

Celebrity guests in attendance included TSN’s Cabral “Cabbie” Richards, and athletes from the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, and Toronto FC.

Presented by West of Contra, hosted by TSN’s Cabral “Cabbie” Richards and with performances by well-known musicians and DJs, the second annual All-Star Gala in Support of SickKids and Montreal Children’s Hospital’s highest priority needs had 1,200 young professionals, pro athletes and celebrities unite to raise $150,000 for the two hospital’s in one night. Toronto Maple Leafs centreman Peter Holland and Montreal Canadiens defencemen PK Subban are on board as athlete ambassadors and special guests of the gala.

“It’s a great event to bring young professionals together and have a great time and mix and mingle,” Holland said of last years All-Star Gala.

“Being a member of the Toronto Maple Leafs here in town, it’s our responsibility to give back to the community.”

Last year’s All-Star Gala in support of SickKids raised $75,000, and was attended by notable guests including Toronto Maple Leafs defencemen Morgan Rielly, Toronto FC defenders Steven Caldwell and Clement Simonin, and Calgary Flames centre-forward Sean Monahan.
